DOVER, Del. (AP) - Dover police say a second man has been arrested in a nightclub shooting that left one person injured.

Officers say 21-year-old Agmere Matthews of Dover was arrested shortly after noon Friday. He is charged with assault and numerous other offenses.

Matthews and 32-year-old Naquan Ingram of Dover are charged in the Feb. 8 shooting at Bubba’s nightclub.

Police say officers heard several gun shots fired in the parking lot. Witnesses told the officers that two men had gotten into an argument with a third man, who got into his car with his girlfriend. The two men then fired several shots at the car.

Police say neither the man nor his girlfriend was struck by the bullets, but the man was taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
