ELIZABETH, N.J. (AP) - A northern New Jersey high school wrestling coach and middle school gym teacher arrested and charged with possessing child pornography and running a marijuana growing operation has made his first court appearance.

Justin Bozinta, of Roselle, appeared in Union County court Friday morning. His bail was continued at $275,000 and a judge ordered him to surrender his passport.

The 37-year-old appeared behind a glass partition, wearing handcuffs and a prison jumpsuit.

His attorney, Kimberly Yonta, told reporters that more information will come out and that Bozinta looks forward to his day in court.

Bozinta is the wrestling coach at East Orange Campus High School and a middle school teacher at the Costley Middle School in East Orange.

He is charged with third-degree possession of child pornography and faces first-degree drug charges.
