SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - A Utah woman will likely serve the maximum five-year prison sentence for her role in death of a teenage baby sitter after night of sex and drugs.

The Utah Board of Pardons and Parole decided Tuesday that Dea Millerberg will serve the full sentence , though they may consider early release if she completes drug treatment.

The 41-year-old Millerberg said during her first parole hearing last week she was sorry and would accept her full sentence.

She was sentenced to up to 5 years after pleading guilty to three felonies, including desecration of a body, in the death of Alexis Rasmussen.

Prosecutors said the teen died of a drug overdose after a night of sex with Millerberg and her husband. She testified against Eric Millerberg, who is now serving up to life in prison.
