ST. LOUIS (AP) - A 29-year-old housekeeper has been charged with stealing nearly $40,000 worth of jewelry from three St. Louis County homes.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/1BZczxV ) reports that Kalynne Shea Graves was charged last week with three felony counts of stealing.

She’s accused of pilfering $34,750 in jewelry from a Glendale couple while working for the St. Louis Cleaning Team company. Another Glendale family that used the same company noticed a $4,000 ring missing.

And in late December, a Town and Country woman found a $500 gold and diamond wedding band had gone missing from her home.

Police say Graves confessed to several of the thefts as well selling some of the jewelry at a pawn shop. Online court records don’t list an attorney on her behalf.
