LAKE STEVENS, Wash. (AP) - A pregnant Washington mom who was arrested for investigation of felony mistreatment and abandonment has admitted to police she has been using meth.

KIRO-TV reports (https://is.gd/glZ0rJ) a judge has set bail at $100,000 for Amanda Foley and Mark Dorson and their three children are now in the custody of Child Protective Services.

The parents made a court appearance on Wednesday.

Lake Stevens police say the children were found Saturday without food in a cold, filthy house.

It wasn’t known how long the children had been unattended when police removed them from the home.

The children include a 7-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy and an 11-month-old boy. Police say they were found surrounded by feces and garbage.

Police say there is a history of Child Protective Services calls and code enforcement issues at their address.
