WIGGINS, Miss. (AP) - A second person has been arrested in connection with the Jan. 24 death of Stone County businessman Timmy Garrison Sr.

Sheriff Mike Farmer says 64-year-old Emmett E. Entrekin, 64, of Harpersville, Alabama, is charged with felony conspiracy to commit murder. That’s the same charge facing Garrison’s wife, 51-year-old Evelyn Garrison, who is already in custody.

Farmer says few details are being released because the investigation is continuing.

Farmer says deputies found Timothy Garrison dead inside the family’s business, Beatrice Sawmill and Woodmizer.

Farmer says the cause of death has not yet been released.

Entrekin and Evelyn Garrison are being held in the Stone County jail on $1 million bond each. It’s not known if they have attorneys.
