MIDDLETOWN, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested two men after more than 4 pounds of cocaine were found during a traffic stop.

It happened about 8 p.m. Wednesday at State Route 1 in Middletown. Troopers stopped a car they said was speeding, and smelled marijuana.

A search of the car uncovered a duffel bag with 4.6 pounds of cocaine in the back seat.

The driver of the car, 34-year-old Dashin Simmons of Brooklyn, New York, and the passenger, 34-year-old Derrick Sanders of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, were both charged with drug offenses.
