SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Call it “Snakes in a Home.”

San Antonio firefighters handling an electrical fire Friday morning found themselves dealing with snakes slithering around, including four vipers and a cobra.

The San Antonio Express-News reports (https://bit.ly/1vwBqKf) that someone living in the home had two dogs and 11 reptiles that are prohibited inside the city.

No injuries were reported. The animals were safely removed from the blaze.

Keeping the prohibited reptiles within city limits is a misdemeanor crime, though a city official told the newspaper any charges might be waived due to the circumstances of the fire.
