ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Albuquerque police say witness reports indicate a car was being driven very aggressively and erratically before it collided with another vehicle, fatally injuring the car’s driver.

Police say the fatal collision occurred Friday night as the second vehicle attempted to make a left turn after stopping at a stop sign.

Police identify the driver who was killed as 19-year-old Desiree Torrez.

Police say their investigation continues but that they believe Torrez was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.

Two juvenile passengers in her car and the other driver were injured in the accident.
