HOUSTON (AP) - The 19-year-old son of a Uganda-born Episcopal priest is back in Houston after authorities allege he fled to Mississippi following the brutal deaths of his parents and 5-year-old brother.

Isaac Tiharihondi was returned to Houston Monday evening by Harris County Sheriff’s Office investigators.

Tiharihondi is accused of killing his 51-year-old father Israel Ahimbisibwe (ah-heem-bih-SEEB’-weh); his mother, 47-year-old Dorcus Ahimbisibwe; and his brother Israel Jr.

Authorities allege he beat his parents to death with a lamp, a baseball bat and a hammer. The couple had “blunt force trauma to their heads,” according to the affidavit. Investigators say Tiharihondi stabbed his brother.

Tiharihondi is being held in the Harris County Jail without bond on two capital murder charges.

Court records did not list an attorney for Tiharihondi.
