SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Radioshack has announced that it will be closing nine retail locations in South Dakota.

The struggling consumer electronics chain filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last week. The company announced on Monday that it will close nearly 1,800 stores by March 31.

KELO-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1APKtaz ) that the locations statewide to be closed include some in Sioux Falls, Aberdeen, Brookings, Pierre, Rapid City, Watertown and Yankton.
