CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A 19-year-old man accused of picking up and hiding two teenagers who escaped from the Wyoming Behavioral Institute has been sentenced to 20 days in jail.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1xj7ATd ) Jia Bang Wen was sentenced Monday for interference and possession of marijuana. Investigators say he picked up the teens July 13.

Parents of one of the escapees suggested that police call Wen, a friend of their son. Wen told police he did not know where the teenagers were, despite being with them at the time.

Authorities found the teenagers July 15 when someone called police to say they had been seen walking with a man in Casper.
