UNION, S.C. (AP) - A South Carolina apparel company is expanding to Union County and will create 114 new jobs.

Vapor Apparel said Tuesday it is investing more than $1 million in a new manufacturing plant that will cut and sew fabric. The company says the new jobs are expected to be created at the plant during the next five years.

The company was founded in North Charleston in 2004.

Hiring for some of the new jobs is expected to begin this spring.
