ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) - Sweetwater County School District No. 1 will use a new elementary school to help get closer to the state-mandated teacher-student ratio.

The state mandate for kindergarten to third grade is 16 students for every teacher.

According to the Rock Springs Rocket-Miner (https://tinyurl.com/owlzqwd), Stagecoach Elementary will help the district meet that mandate.

The school is expected to be completed in September
