YORK, Neb. (AP) - BH Media Group has named the publisher of the York News-Times to take over as publisher of the Scottsbluff Star-Herald.

Company vice president Alex Skovgaard says Greg Awtry will be replacing Jim Holland, who has taken a new job in Arkansas to be nearer his family.

The York News-Times says (https://bit.ly/1z5k4Vp ) Awtry was named York’s publisher in 2005. He’ll assume his Scottsbluff duties on Feb. 1. BH Media spokesman Joel Long said Tuesday that Awtry will be replaced in York, but Long couldn’t say when that will happen or who will get the job.

BH Media Group is a Berkshire Hathaway company, and it operates 71 newspapers and other titles in 10 states.
