KENNEWICK, Wash. (AP) - A suspect in the August shooting deaths of a Pasco man and two women has made his first appearance in a Benton County courtroom.

The Tri-City Herald reports ( https://bit.ly/1AIfhon ) Francisco J. Resendez Miranda, 23, pleaded innocent Tuesday to three counts of aggravated first-degree murder.

The bodies of David Perez-Saucedo, 22, Victoria Torres, 19, and Abigail Torres-Renteria, 23, were found Aug. 9.

The charges in Benton County Superior Court include the aggravating circumstance that Torres-Renteria was almost nine months pregnant when she was killed. The women were not related.

The trial is set for March 9.
