LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Police say four men wielding sledgehammers robbed a Little Rock jewelry store and made their getaway in a stolen vehicle.

The men took a yet-unknown amount of jewelry from the Sissy’s Log Cabin store in Little Rock’s Heights neighborhood. Police spokesman Lt. Sidney Allen said in a statement that no one was injured in the Wednesday afternoon heist.

The vehicle was recovered a short distance from the store.

Allen didn’t have a description of the robbers. He says his department rarely releases videos of crimes but would do so if investigators believe it will help them.
