FREMONT, Neb. (AP) - A Fremont man has been sent to prison after violating his probation.

On Tuesday 53-year-old Kelly Leedom was given 18 to 48 months. The Fremont Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/15xNleZ ) that Leedom was given credit for 109 days already served. He admitted drinking alcohol in violation of his probation terms.

Leedom had been given 30 months of probation in November after he was convicted of making terroristic threats.
