EUGENE, Ore. (AP) - Lane County health officials say a Eugene man who apparently got the measles on a trip to Disney theme parks in California has named four local businesses where workers and patrons might have been exposed.

The county agency says it wants to hear immediately from anybody who visited the businesses:

- Winco Foods, Barger Avenue, between Dec. 30 and Jan. 7

- Mongolian Grill, Sheldon shopping center, Coburg Road, Dec. 31

- Lumber Liquidators, West 11th Avenue, Dec. 31

- Bi-Mart on Willakenzie Road, Jan. 2-3.

Several dozen measles cases are reported in western states and Mexico.

The agency says someone who suspects having measles should call a health provider first rather than putting others at risk by stopping in.
