NEW YORK (AP) - A Queens man is facing prison after pleading guilty to setting a fire by tossing a Molotov cocktail into a basement apartment.

District Attorney Richard A. Brown says Ezra Barashy pleaded guilty to third-degree arson on Tuesday.

Acting Queens Supreme Court Justice Suzanne Melendez indicated that the defendant will get 5 to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced on Feb. 10.

Brown said Barashy previously served time for firing shots at the home of a Queens judge.
