KAILUA-KONA, Hawaii (AP) - Police are investigating the stabbing death of a man found in a business parking lot on Hawaii’s Big Island.

West Hawaii Today (https://is.gd/I3khHL) reports the man was found Tuesday afternoon with multiple stab wounds in a parking lot of a drugstore off Kilauea Avenue in Hilo.

The man was taken to Hilo Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead Tuesday evening. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday.

Police have tentatively identified the man as a 43-year-old with no permanent address.

No arrests have been made. Police say the victim might have been confronted by two men.

Police are looking for witnesses who may have seen two men running along Kilauea Avenue.

One of the men is described as a six-foot tall Caucasian with short blonde hair and hazel eyes.
