BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Trial is underway in Bismarck for two men accused of using a metal pipe and a bottle to beat a woman on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation last April.
Christopher Rainbow and Jordan Rainbow have pleaded not guilty to intent to commit murder, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
KXMB-TV reports (https://bit.ly/15CI0mH ) that jury selection began Wednesday in federal court.
