WICHITA, Kan. (AP) - A Wichita woman has been spared from prison after admitting she ran an escort service as a front for a prostitution operation.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said 60-year-old Saundra J. Lacy of Wichita was sentenced Wednesday to two years of probation, which was recommended by both prosecutors and her defense attorney.

Lacy admitted in her plea deal that Jessie’s Primetime Entertainment was a prostitution business that employed at least 20 female escorts. Prosecutors say customers would pay $160 for a half-hour date or $185 for an hour-long date that included sexual contact with the escort.
