DELHI, La. (AP) - Authorities in Delhi say an argument at Delhi High School led to a stabbing.
KNOE-TV reports that the stabbing was reported Thursday afternoon. It involved two girls in an in-school suspension program.
Police say that after the girls got into an argument, one girl left the room to call her parents. When she returned, she allegedly pulled the knife from her bra and stabbed the victim three times. The victim was taken to a local hospital, and was later transported to a hospital in Jackson.
The suspect, a juvenile whose identity was not released, was taken to the Green Oaks Detention Center.
