ST. MARYS, Pa. (AP) - Two men have been jailed on charges they forced their way into an elderly couple’s home in northwestern Pennsylvania and stole prescription painkillers.

The Bradford Era (https://bit.ly/1xYmfVD ) reports the second suspect surrendered to police in St. Marys on Sunday. His name is 19-year-old Spencer Rudolph.

The first suspect, 25-year-old Kyle Sarginger, was arrested during a traffic stop Friday.

Online court records don’t list attorneys for the men who face a preliminary hearing Feb. 3 on charges including robbery, burglary and conspiracy. Both men remained in the Elk County Prison unable to post bond Monday.

Police say the men had a gun during the home invasion, which occurred Jan. 7.

St. Marys is about 100 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
