BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - The body of a 34-year-old Edgar man, who was last seen on Jan. 9, was found just outside of Joliet over the weekend.

Carbon County officials say a dog team found the body of Michael Phillips at about noon on Saturday east of Joliet, near the bank of Rock Creek. That is about a quarter mile from where he was last seen at 4 a.m. on Jan. 9. He had left a friend’s party about an hour earlier.

The sheriff’s office says foul play is not suspected in Phillips’ death. An autopsy was planned.
