BALTIMORE (AP) - In a story Jan. 27 about the death of a Johns Hopkins University student, The Associated Press reported erroneously the date the student’s body was found and the name of the school in which he studied.

The body of Jeremy Huber was found Monday morning, not Sunday night. Also, the full name of the school he was attending at the university is the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences.

A corrected version of the story is below:

Johns Hopkins lacrosse player found dead in dorm room

BALTIMORE (AP) - A Johns Hopkins University freshman lacrosse player was found dead in his dorm room on Monday morning.

University officials identified the student as Jeremy Huber.

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating Huber’s death, but a spokesman for the agency said detectives have not found evidence of foul play.

Dave Pietramala, the Hopkins men’s lacrosse coach, said in a statement that the team is “stunned and deeply saddened” by Huber’s death.

Huber, a Las Vegas native, was enrolled in the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences.
