PHOENIX (AP) - Gov. Doug Ducey continues to form his new administration with the appointment of two additional agency directors.

Ducey’s office on Monday announced his appointments of Thomas Buschatzke as director of the Department of Water Resources and of David Tenney as director of the Arizona Residential Utility Consumer Office..

Buschatzke has been assistant director for the department’s water planning division since 2011, overseeing Colorado River management, active management Areas and other water supply matters.

Tenney is a member of the Navajo County Board of Supervisors. He was first elected to the board in 2004. His new appointment is effective Feb. 16.

The Residential Utility Consumer Office represents consumers’ interests in utility rate proceedings.
