BISMARCK, Mo. (AP) - The body of a southeast Missouri man missing since October has been found, and foul play is suspected.

The Daily Journal newspaper in Park Hills, Missouri (https://bit.ly/1uXV9Ci ) reports that the body of 53-year-old Wayne County resident Kenneth Willard was found Saturday in the Black River near Markham Springs Recreation Area. Authorities identified the victim on Monday.

A Wayne County official told the newspaper that Willard died of a gunshot wound to the head.

Willard was on a hunting trip when he was last seen at a gas station near the small community of Zalma.
