KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) - A Klamath County grand jury has indicted the driver in a single-vehicle crash that killed that two people last month.

The Oregon State Police said in a news release that 22-year-old Gauge Lee Gray of Klamath Falls was charged with manslaughter and driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Police say Gray was driving a red pickup that struck a lamp post after leaving Highway 140 near Klamath Falls. The pickup then rolled into a pasture.

Two passengers - 26-year-old Marri Young of Eagle Point and 22-year-old Garrett Zimmer of Hermiston - died after being ejected from the vehicle.

The Facebook pages of Young and Gray indicate they were in a relationship. Zimmer’s obituary says he was graduated from school in Klamath Falls and moved to Eastern Oregon to work alongside his grandfather as an insurance agent. He was the youngest member of the Rotary Club in Hermiston.
