LOWER KALSKAG, Alaska (AP) - A driver in the village of Lower Kalskag suspected of crashing into a four-wheeler carrying four children has been charged with four counts of assault and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Alaska State Troopers say 47-year-old Ben Williams also was driving with a revoked license when his sport utility vehicle struck the all-terrain vehicle.

Troopers took a call on the crash at 12:42 a.m. Sunday.

Two juveniles were injured in the crash.

Lower Kalskag is a village of 281 about 89 miles northeast of Bethel.
