LOS ANGELES (AP) - What happens when superheroes go bad?

Ask Mr. Incredible, who was convicted of battery on Tuesday for punching out Batgirl on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.

Muhammet Bilik - who wore the Mr. Incredible costume to pose with tourists - was sentenced to one day in jail along with community service and anger-management classes. He’s also barred from the Hollywood Entertainment District for three years.

Prosecutors say last October Bilik punched, kicked, body-slammed and threw down a Batgirl impersonator as Chewbacca, Freddy Krueger and Waldo from “Where’s Waldo” tried to intervene.

The scuffle was caught on video and sent to YouTube.

City Attorney Mike Feuer says Hollywood Boulevard attracts millions of visitors every year and must be kept safe.
