VALENCIA, Spain (AP) - Valencia says Spain striker Paco Alcacer has agreed to a contract extension that will keep him at the club until 2020.

The 21-year-old Alcacer is one of Spain’s most promising young talents. He has helped Valencia rise into fourth place in La Liga this season, and has eight goals in all competitions.

Alcacer says, “I am happy and proud to stay at Valencia for five more years.”

He has three goals in five appearances for Spain.
