RUSH CITY, Minn. (AP) - A fifth-grader has been charged with disorderly conduct following his arrest in connection with a threat at an elementary school in Chisago County.

Sheriff’s officials say the male student wrote a message on a wall about his intention to harm other students. at Jacobson Elementary School in Rush City.

KSTP-TV (https://bit.ly/1velhZX ) reports Sheriff Rick Duncan says it appears the threat stemmed from an altercation between the boy and several other students.
