PAINTED POST, N.Y. (AP) - Federal authorities in western New York have postponed a news conference on efforts to combat human trafficking.

Officials from the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations were to be joined Friday afternoon by a victim of sex trafficking in the Finger Lakes town of Painted Post.
