WEST MONROE, La. (AP) - West Monroe police have identified the man who jumped from the Endom Bridge.

Authorities told The News-Star (https://tnsne.ws/1yHFsdf ) the man was 22-year-old Scottie Wesley, of West Monroe. His body was recovered Thursday morning.

Three law enforcement agencies spent most of Wednesday and Thursday searching for the man’s body. Sgt. C.J. Beck says the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office recovered the body by dragging the river. He was on scene when they recovered the body around 10:30 a.m. He says investigators do not suspect foul play and at this point everything points to suicide.
