DAISYTOWN, Pa. (AP) - Police say a woman who drove her husband and another man to a southwestern Pennsylvania home invasion - during which her husband was fatally shot by the homeowner - has been arrested in Ohio.

State police in Washington, Pennsylvania, say 30-year-old Bobbi Sue West is awaiting extradition from Belmont County, Ohio, where she was arrested while visiting an acquaintance.

Police say 42-year-old Robert West was fatally shot by homeowner Nicholas Dziyak (ZY’-ak) when West and 18-year-old Andrew Graseck attacked Dziyak with ax handles. Police say they planned to rob Dziyak.

Graseck, who is the fiance’ of Robert West’s daughter, has already waived a preliminary hearing on charges stemming from the Dec. 28 incident in West Pike Run Township.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for Bobbi Sue West, who’s charged as an accomplice.
