NORTH HILLS, N.Y. (AP) - Prosecutors say a Long Island man arrested six years ago for drunken driving has been charged with the crime again, this time with his two sons in the car.

Vincent Gagliardi pleaded not guilty Saturday to aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and other crimes.

Police pulled over the 41-year-old Little Neck man at about 1 a.m. for speeding and found his 12-year-old and five-year-old sons in the car.

Prosecutors say Gagliardi admitted to drinking and had a blood alcohol content of .10. They say he was arrested in 2009 for driving while intoxicated.

A judge suspended his license and set bail at $5,000 cash.

Attorney Dennis Coppin called Gagliardi a family man who works in construction. Coppin said Gagliardi will be exonerated.
