WERNERSVILLE, Pa. (AP) - State police say one of two inmates who escaped from a halfway house for state prisoners in central Pennsylvania has been caught.

Troopers in Reading say the inmates escaped after pulling a fire alarm and running out of the Wernersville Community Correctional Facility in Berks County about 8:30 p.m. Friday.

By Saturday afternoon, police say they had caught 28-year-old Timothy Hostetter, but 22-year-old Raymond Martinez remained at large. Both have been charged with escape.

Hostetter, of Pottsville, had been serving a sentence for theft, while Martinez is doing time for burglary.

The facility is about eight miles west of Reading.
