SUNBURY, Pa. (AP) - A man left a quadriplegic after a car accident in 2005 has died in a fire in his high-rise apartment unit.

Thirty-two-year-old Hernan Feliciano lived in Scott Tower in Sunbury when his second-floor unit caught fire about 3:30 p.m. Saturday. Sunbury is about 50 miles north of Harrisburg.

Northumberland County Coroner James Kelley says the fire was accidental, though investigators were still working to pinpoint a cause. An autopsy on Feliciano’s body will be conducted Tuesday.

The 10-story building is operated by the Sunbury Housing Authority for elderly and disabled people. Several residents on the second floor of the building had to be moved to another facility, but roughly 100 others who live in the building were allowed to return after a safety check.
