SHERMANS DALE, Pa. (AP) - State police say a man charged with criminal homicide for allegedly shooting two neighbors outside their central Pennsylvania home has himself been found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Troopers from the Newport barracks had charged 61-year-old Barry Lee Myers in the shootings of 43-year-old Lisa Sechrist and 38-year-old Philip Sechrist Saturday night.

Now police say Myers has been found dead in Grantville, Dauphin County.

At the time of the shooting Myers lived in a camper on the same property as the Sechrists and allegedly shot Philip Sechrist outside his home in Carroll Township, Perry County about 9:30 p.m. When Lisa Sechrist tried to go outside when she heard the gunshots, police say Myers also shot her.

Police did not immediately say how or whether Myers knew the victims.
