HARQUAHALA, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say several people were seriously injured in an early morning rollover crash on an interstate west of Phoenix.

KNXV-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1tBj1Wf) that an SUV rolled over shortly after 2:30 a.m. on Interstate 10 near Harquahala.

Phoenix Fire Department spokesman Jim Frazier says two people, including a 5-year-old child, had been ejected from the vehicle.

Frazier says the child suffered head injuries and two others had traumatic injuries.

He says three patients were airlifted to a hospital and three others were taken by ambulance. Three others suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The conditions of the six more seriously injured are not currently known.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
