LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) - Gwinnett County police say a woman and a teenage girl have been charged in the death of a man found lying in his driveway in early December.

Police said in an emailed statement Monday that 27-year-old Kathryn Voight and 16-year-old Marckell Honeycutt are charged with armed robbery and felony murder in the shooting death of 45-year-old Brian Whitfield. Honeycutt is being charged as an adult. Police in mid-December also arrested 26-year-old Marquavis Benton on the same charges.

Police have said Whitfield was found lying on the driveway outside his home and his truck was missing. The truck was later found in Atlanta and had been partially stripped.

Authorities haven’t released details on the roles Voight and Honeycutt allegedly played in Whitfield’s death. Voight and Benton are being held without bond.
