COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - Law enforcers say 360 drivers were arrested for drunken or drugged driving during a 2-month traffic enforcement program in the Capital Beltway region.

The program, which began on Oct. 31 and ended on Dec. 31, was conducted by Maryland State Police and Montgomery and Prince George’s counties police departments.

Authorities say more than 100 people were arrested for criminal violations. Some 330 citations were issued for speeding, and 293 citations were given for violation of the move over law.
