FULTON, Miss. (AP) - Fulton city and community leaders are considering new signs to direct visitors from one point of interest to another around town.

The Itawamba County Times (https://bit.ly/1Bmutv3 ) reports that the Fulton Community Volunteers recently brought in a man who helped create and design such “wayfinder” signs in Starkville.

Jeremy Murdock of Mississippi State University’s Stennis Institute told the community-interest group that the signs have helped bring university visitors into the rest of Starkville.

He says that such signs could help Fulton benefit from traffic to and from Itawamba Community College.
