CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - A man is facing his seventh DUI charge after he was arrested in Casper.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1AiZmSn ) Matthew Adam Maxwell was pulled over Friday night after police say he was speeding and swerving.

An arrest affidavit says Maxwell could not hold his head upright and had bloodshot and watery eyes. While searching his truck, officers say they found a mostly empty 750-milliliter bottle of whiskey.

The officer conducted a background check on Maxwell and discovered the man had five DUI convictions in Wyoming since 2000. Maxwell also was convicted of driving while under the influence of a controlled substance in Casper in 2013.

He is charged with felony DUI, having an open container, not having an ignition interlock device and not having car insurance.
