PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police have arrested a man who they say shot a limousine driver in the head before stealing his cellphone and cash.

Authorities say 20-year-old Alonzo Dilligard of Darby is in custody on a murder charge. It’s not clear if he has a lawyer.

According to police, 24-year-old Mijael Rodriguez-Ramirez died in the shooting Saturday in West Philadelphia.

They say Rodriguez-Ramirez, who worked for La Primera Car Inc., picked up Dilligard and another man that evening.

After one passenger was dropped off, police say Dilligard shot and robbed Rodriguez-Ramirez before fleeing.

The driver’s fiancĂ©e, who was riding in the front seat at the time, wasn’t hurt. They have a 5-month-old daughter.

Police say a second person is being questioned and a third person is being sought.
