MARION, Ohio (AP) - Police in the small Ohio city of Marion are urging travelers to be extra-cautious after multiple drivers struck large rocks left in the middle of a busy roadway during the past few weeks.

One driver, Jeanette Grandstaff, tells WBNS-TV (https://bit.ly/1AzJPMI ) she thinks someone is putting the rocks in the road as a prank that is putting people in danger.

She and her daughter were headed home when their vehicle hit a rock last Friday night. The impact flattened a tire and damaged the body of the vehicle. Grandstaff and her daughter were shaken up but uninjured.

Police in Marion, roughly 45 miles north of Columbus, are warning drivers there to be on guard in case more rocks appear.
