GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say a suspect is in custody after two brothers were shot and critically wounded outside a Glendale home.

Glendale police say the suspected shooter was arrested shortly after the incident, which occurred about 3 p.m. Thursday.

Police say the two brothers in their 20s were standing outside a home near 91st Avenue and Glendale Avenue when someone came by and opened fire.

Police say the one of the two wounded men was airlifted to a hospital.

The names of the two men haven’t been released yet and neither has the identity of the suspect, who also is in his 20s.

Police say the motive for the shooting remains unclear, but the victims may know the suspect.
