KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) - Three men and a 14-year-old Kalispell girl were arrested for allegedly using a gun to rob an undercover drug agent who had responded to an online ad offering methamphetamine for sale.

Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry says 18-year-old Jacob Sauls of Eureka, 19-year-old Kellen McGarry of Whitefish, 19-year-old Riley Landwehr of Kalispell were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of armed robbery. The girl’s name was not released because she is a juvenile.

The officer said he responded to the ad and agreed to meet in an Evergreen parking lot at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Curry says Sauls told the agent he had a gun and demanded money. The agent handed the money over and the four tried to flee, but they were stopped by other agents. A gun was seized but no meth was recovered.
